Just Life I Guess

First off, thanks for reading my rantings. I mean, I need somebody to complain to, and poor Grandma is usually that person. And even if you don't read this, I still got it out of me. Okay. That...was REALLY weirdness. REALLY. SERIOUSLY. here's my life, currently. And along with it all the small events that amount to at least something. Lock-in I guess, I don't know. We had a real lock-in at school. Apparently there were these guys all dressed in red and a guy dressed all in black with a knife outside our school. Pleasent, right. Scary too. Halloween After mulling over what I should be, Grandma finally came up with something for me. She has a pair of wings in her garage, so I'm going to be a tooth fairy. If our whole home room dresses up, we get a pizza party. Yum >-< 100 4 100 I'm doing this thing through my writing website where you write 100 words every day. I'm not really on top of it due to Sunday, where I'm not allowed on the c

Imagine Yourself As Me Part II

Well, where did I leave off? Let's see. Oh, yeah, now I kind of remember. Might have to reread some things though. On the first day of school, you're the only one who bolts their hand in the air when the teacher asks what a square is. Honestly, you think that everybody in there is idiotic. The guy sitting next to you doesn't even pay attention. And when you get problems to do, he doesn't even open his math book. And honestly, you're not used to this. You're used to people taking their time. And now even you don't have to take your time. You rush through and are the first to drop your pencil. The first one to break the silence of concentrating people. Meanwhile, you were thinking about what you would talk to your friends about later. That's right, first one done and not even thinking about the equation. And you just figured out how to use brackets outside of parentheses. First one done with a quiz and the homework when other people only completed the q

Imagine Yourself as Me I

To do this (if you're an adult) you're going to have to mentally shrink yourself down to the size of...an angry eighth grader. Yep...welcome to my life (sorry about the cliche'). So...here's a little bit of second person for you You walk into picture day about a week before school starts. You are excited and anxious to get your schedule and know what classes you have. More importantly, which pod you're in. Because this determines what people you go to class with everyday. Later, you'll want to email your friends your whole schedule and demand that they get back to you asap. Then one will ask you what asap means. And in your head you'll be thinking a few things. Which we'll get to later. With your grandma you make your way to have your picture taken. Grandma messes a little with your hair. You are embaressed (sorry, Grandma) but continue your wonderfully happy life with the occasional nervous jitter. Because you NEED to have made it into algebra. Las

GO TEEN WRITERS!

I recenctly found a new website that everybody should know about, even if you don't write and you're not a teenager. It's called for teen writers. Here's a link it's pretty awesome. so what are you waiting for? Check it out! They have contests and advice. It even helps you with life. Sort of. Whatever. PS, my birthday is tomorrow!!!!

Girls Camp

Since my moM never posts aNymore (cough cough) I guess that it's my rEsponsibility to fill in for her. EvEn though noboDy even readS my blog anymore. I'm randomly capitalizing leTters for fun, sO don't Pay any attentiOn to that. I came back from GirlS Camp last week. It was all rainy and gloomy, so iT wasn't as fun as my first yeAr. Whatever, it doesn't matter because it was still pretty awesome anyway.  The first day the second years went raftinG. Unfortuanately, it rained that day and it was freezing. Brrr! I feel bAd for the people who rafted on Tuesday because my sister has an otter pop problem. Totally unrelated story, sorry. But they had to raft in the POURING RAIN. The highlight of Tuesday: I can't remember. It was a pretty long day. But then again, they all were. Monday night I remember we played glow in the dark capture the flag. My team won. It was kind of funny (yet aggrIvating) that the whole team would get together and say that on the co

SUMMER!! YIPEE!

Well, now it's Summer and I'm absolutely stoked for what could happen! I'm planning on working on a lot of my writing this break. And I have to beg my parents so we can go to the beach. I'm really excited this year! I mean, I'm practically an eighth grader and I have so many more friends to spend it with. Besides that, I feel myself getting girlier, and I'm loving that too. Now I  actually have money to spend because I have a few babysitting 'clients'. A few weeks ago I bought myself a Kindle Touch. Yay! Now I can read whatever I want whenever I want as long as it's within my price range. That was surely an amazing profit! I guess I'll go through the last week and a half: On the last day of school (which already seems forever ago) all of my friends agreed to bring something to share for lunch. I brought cookies, Samantha brought chips, Michelle insisted on bringing Subway, Mary brought popcorn (popcorn!), and Amberle brought Hershey's Kisse

Writer? Pianist? Singer? Huh?

I really don't know where to start with this post. Maybe about the title...it's kind of confusing to explain. So why don't I go back and describe them bit by bit. WRITER This year I've been especially in to writing. Not essays or anything. But REAL novel writing hard core writing. I guess I've been on and off with it since fourth grade. This happens to be my longest 'on' time that produces my best work. There are (I swear) a billion ideas saved to my computer that could sprout into something huge. Not that I can really see my name on a book yet in my head, but I can't help but wondering if this is what I'm growing up to be. With even more writing, I started experimenting writing songs. Like with lyrics, piano accompniant. It actually happens to be really fun, though frustrating when it comes to a composing block. I've come up with some really great songs too. My hardest worked on piece is 'Dance Alone'. PIANIST You may have heard of my.
