SUPER WEEKEND! AND MAYBE NOT THE 1ST!
Hey, I am finally here! Yeah, weekly blogging hasn't been doing to well. Well, I'm back on track!
Carnival was first. We went to the carnival as a family event. It was so fun! first we ate dinner. I had a hot dog, cheetos, a juice. Everybody else had that, except for Korrynn. She had Lays.
Then we played cake walk. Emily Jr. ( as my grandma Holwege calls her), won the first time. Because I pulled her number, of course! It was time for me to go jumprope.
We were 1 minute late, so I didn't do single rope. I'm not the kind that would just burst into a wedding 5 minutes late. Even if people thought I had something special to do. Like a presentation of something. I waited for it to be over. Then it was double dutch. Because Kallisa really needed me to be part of her team mom said I could double ducth! She only had 2 people on her team: her and a boy named Haden. Kallisa jumped in first. Then Haden. Then I went. I tried something new and went super fast. Repeat the patern. But Haden did double unders 1 mile an hour inside th ropes. Then I did the octopus inside the double dutch ropes. Everyone cheered. That was the first time I preformed the octopus inside double dutch ropes. Notice the word preform, or you will think I am better then I really am.
Time to C-H-E-E-R L-E-A-D! yeah, you got it. Richt after jumprope was cheer. We preformed a pretty mixed up show in the end. The middle part we did super good. I held Makenna, side base. And she stood on mine and Laura's hands. It was freaky!
When we finished I went in line for Bubble Gum Pie Contest. When I was the second person in line it was time to go jumprope again. And cheerlead. So much for Bubble Gum Pie Contest.
Go through the routines. Blah, blah, blah! Go back in and do Cake walk again. This time my dad and Emily Jr. won. Emily Jr. got six coupons for a wierd dish at Olive Garden. The first time she got a Who-Knows-What? great tasting cake! Dad got Blueberry Lemon Muffins. MMMMM.
We had to go. And I didn't even get to play 1 game except for cake walk! So mom put me in the shortest line. A rubber duck race. You were supposed to shoot the duck with a water bottle. I lost third place and got a duck sticker. Lexie got 2nd and earned a bracelet. So much for my last carnival!
But not for a delicous cake! That's right. We went home and Emily Jr. shared her cake with us.
SATURDAY
Not the funnest day in history. But I did go to a t-ball game. I didn't watch any of it. I wasn't feeling well. There was no shade where we sit. So I had to sit across the field and read. Then we went home. I drew pictures of birds. Then read and went to bed.
SUNDAY
Go to church. Play outside. Go to Altera to sing. Wait- rewind. Altera was fun. I haven't ever felt bad for the people living there. But now I feel so sorry for them.
Went home. Wash hands. Watch dad play Mariokart. Eat dinner. Get into pajama's. Race-Off on Mariokart. Rewind! So fun! We are not allowed to play wii on Sunday. But dad okayed me. And we raced. He thinks he was the best in the family. Wrong! I beat him. Best two out of three tounaments. Thanks to Gavin picking Rainbow Road once. The last race in the race-off was Maple Treeway. The only reason I won is because I had a shell and threw when dad was about 5 seconds away from the finish! I passed and won. Dad had to do the dishes. Now I get to brag to him until we have our next race-off!
MONDAY
Go to school. Have a morning sub, Mrs. Olsom. Color Oregon Trail map. I like Mrs. Olsom because whenever she writes on the white board: Super Students. Everyone was really good, so everybody got their name up. Math. Go to jumprope. Raffle off water bottles and jumpropes. We had to use the law of concecration. I learned that in word in church yesterday. Laura's name was pulled twice. She let me choose what I wanted. I got a purple and yellow jump rope. I might give it to Gavin when he starts school. Go back to class. Spiral Review. Share writing homework. Mrs. Hodgson comes back. Lunch. Recess. 3 on 3 game. Rewind. Lost the game. I don't feel bad though. It was the best team. Read aloud. SSR. Self manager recess. SSR. Group reading.Clean. Go home. Have snack. Home work. dinner. T-ball game. come home. Blogging.
